Dexory Deploys SimScale’s Engineering AI for Warehouse Robotics Development

Dexory has deployed SimScale’s Engineering AI platform to speed up the design and testing of its autonomous warehouse robots.

According to the UK warehouse data intelligence company, the software will be used to investigate structural component failures, automatically test multiple design variations and build a searchable knowledge base from previous engineering projects. The deployment expands Dexory’s existing use of SimScale’s cloud-based simulation platform, the company noted.

What it Means

Engineers will be able to run parameter sweeps that compare several design variables without configuring each simulation manually. The platform will also automate reporting, making results easier to analyze, compare and share across teams.

AI agents will capture findings and approaches from earlier simulations, allowing engineers to reuse proven methods and retain technical knowledge as Dexory grows. The company said the program is intended to identify where AI agents can provide the most value and establish practices for wider adoption across its engineering operations.
